"It's never the right time, the right time is when the thing you want is pulling on the strings of your soul and begging you to listen" (I cannot remember where I got this quote, its on a post-it at my desk and has been for some time but it helps me when I am feeling overwhelmed with "I have to move, I have to do the thing").
